Power Vinyasa is a faster paced flow that is an energizing and challenging, balanced flow incorporating strengthening, balancing, and deep stretching. This class will leave you feeling energized, inspired, and connected to your body and your breath. Students of all levels of yoga experience are welcome; several variations are offered to help modify and intensify poses.
